We believe that the best taste comes from using real, natural ingredients. You won't find any mixes or additives in our kitchen. Our cupcakes, cookies, and specialty cakes are made fresh each day from scratch, using real butter, sugar, eggs, and flour. Our treats will never contain trans fats, preservatives, high fructose corn syrup, or partially hydrogenated oils.

Offering options for individual food allergies.

We understand that accomodating food allergies shouldn't require sacrifices in taste. Our philosophy of great taste from natural ingredients extends to our products for individuals with food allergies. We offer great tasting baked goods to accomodate gluten, soy, dairy or peanut allergies.

Supporting fellow local businesses.

We're proud to call Rochester our home, and believe in supporting other Rochester area business owners. Though we may not be the Flour City anymore, all our goods are made with flour sourced from Rochester's only remaining flour mill. Our packaging is sourced from a local distributor, as well as good for the environment - it's made from 100% recycled materials, and fully recyclable.
